At Diva of Soho, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved and prepared specifically for you. We understand that plans can change and have designed our policies to provide flexibility to our guests while respecting reserved appointment times.

Appointments: Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before your appointment may be made without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Prepaid Packages: Unused packages may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, package purchases are non-refundable but, at Diva's discretion, the unused value may be converted to Diva credit for eligible services. Once a package has been started, monetary refunds are not available. If Diva approves conversion of the remaining package value to credit, treatments already received will be recalculated at their regular individual service price, and the remaining eligible balance will be issued as Diva credit.

Promotional and Special Offers: Promotional pricing, limited-time specials and discounted packages are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Eligible unused value may be converted to Diva credit at Diva's discretion.

Retail Products: Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days for exchange or Diva credit. Opened products are final sale except in the case of a verified product defect.

Diva Credit: Diva credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
